For food lovers, our elaborate cuisine, with local produce from the sea and land, will please the most demanding palate.
4 gastronomic campaigns are organised every year in Santa Cristina d'Aro and the neighbouring villages, bringing us cooking to delight all our senses.

Wild mushrooms
from 20th October to 30th November 2007

"the smell of rain, a taste of the forest, mossy colours, murmur of leaves and soft textures".
With the arrival of the first autumn rains, our forests provide us with their long awaited fruit: wild mushrooms. At the foot of the cork oaks and pine trees rich in pumpkin mushrooms, milk caps, chanterelles and Caesar’s fungus– one of the most appreciated wild mushrooms in Catalonia – we find the ingredients which fill plates to delight the most demanding gourmets.
